Oh, the irony. And to think I actually believed all her nonsense about being troubled and needing my affection. Although, she did never actually come right out and say it. I just felt propelled towards showing her extra love and "like I had to". I've been played for a fool since I was a child. I'm actually smiling as I write this. Never again will I question her actions and decisions. I may have just discovered that my best friend is a sociopath.
